KAYAKING
At the resort we have both single and double kayaks available. You can kayak around the island, to nearby blue holes or to secluded beaches.
BLUE HOLES
Only 45 minutes up the river by kayak, you will find the spectacular Matavulu Blue Hole, one of 2 blue holes just across Oyster Bay. There is also the Riri river Blue Hole where a local guide takes you up the river by dugout canoe.
MOUNT HOPE WATERFALL
Climb up these cascades after floating down the Sarakata river, weaving itself through the lush rainforest.
SNORKELLING SAFARI
Take advantage of some of the snorkelling around Oyster Island, or alternatively join our Snorkelling Safari Tour to various spots in the area.
WORLD WAR II RELICS
Had enough of all the fish? Check this out! Not every plane made it back safely to the runway. Scattered around Oyster Island Resort we have quite a few fighter planes resting in snorkelling depth.
CUSTOM VILLAGE
Experience life in a custom village. Learn to weave baskets, see how they prepare (and also taste) their local food and kava, enjoy the custom dances and listen to the famous watermusic.
ROMANTIC PICNIC
Our guide will drop you off on your own private paradise, with a picnic basket to have a romantic lunch on a deserted beach. In fact, you will have the entire island to yourself! Or find yourself a spot on one of our own many secluded beaches.
KAVA NIGHT
Guided experience of the local's favourite drink. Either at the resort or in one of the local kava bars.

Experience the sensation of scuba diving under the very close supervision of our in-house instructor.

We can arrange a boat excursion or fishing can even be done offshore.
WALKING TRACK
There is a walking track that takes you around the island and through the rainforest, stopping at the various beaches and picnic areas.

There are plenty of swimming opportunities around the island, including some incredible white sand beaches on the east side of the island.

We can organise an excursion to the spectacular Champagne Beach, the most photographed beach in all of Santo and beyond. It is ranked among the Worlds Top 20 Beaches.

We can arrange for horse riding excursions in the jungle and on the beaches of Santo
DIVING
The SS President Coolidge is one of the largest, most accessible wrecks in the world and together with Million Dollar Point and the USS Tucker, it provides for some exquisite wreck diving.
