Built in true Vanuatu style, with a cone Natangora roof and an open air deck for fresh dining, Oyster Island Restaurant is renowned for serving some of the best food that Santo has to offer. Light and modern dishes with a Pacific-French influence are offered, using the freshest organic ingredients sourced from local markets and farms.

Highlights of our menu include the freshest Oysters in Santo, which we harvest daily from Oyster Island of course! Our lobster, crab, and poulet fish dishes are second to none in the region. We serve only 100% Organic Santo beef, which is world renowned for its tenderness and succulent flavour. Other favourite dishes include Spiced Coconut Prawns, Lobster, and Lime Pan-Fried Scallops. Our delectable dessert menu is the final temptation of the evening.

As with everything on Oyster Island, our dining times are relaxed therefore we do not have a set time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Your meal will be prepared for you when you require it, and a cooked breakfast menu is available throughout the day. Our staff would be pleased to offer you room service if you wish to have your meal served on your private waterfront balcony.
